Jos. N. Bacon Esq, Exor --

Dear Sir,

I am directed by the Comee on Lots in this Cemetery to say to you "that the two trees in front of lot 994 prevent the grass from growing. The lot could be always kept in order if they were taken away.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

J. Huntington Wolcott Esq.

Dear Sir,

I send you the bill of Shedd & Edson for survey & plans. The first charge was for survey & plan to enable you to determine whether and how you would make the purchase: The last to make a fair and permanent delineation of your grounds as they will stand with the purchase. --

If you wish to have entirely new deeds of your lot and Mr Frothingham's containing description in conformity with the plan, send in your old deeds, with transfer. You will see a blank on 3rd page. Mr F. can transfer his in Phila before a Justice of the Peace.

I send the first sketch made of the lots. If that is sufficient for your purpose
