James S. Simonds, the proprietor of lot no. 740 disappears from the Boston Directory in 1860 -- was said to reside at Watertown.

By giving me his present residence you will much oblige.

Path, without the payment of $20 for right of choice, under the old system of selling, and also an unpaid balance for said lot, as now surveyed. _ Mr Waldo thinking that he is entitled to a deed without said payments. _

Upon motion of Mr Bangs,

Voted that the matter be referred to the Committee on Lots, with full power. _

Land Westerly of Cemetery _

Mr Nazro stated that there is a piece of land which lies next westerly of the Cemetery, fronting upon the public road, which he had been informed certain parties were negotiating for the purchase of, which purchase he feared might be detrimental to this Corporation, and asked for some action in relation thereto.

Upon motion of Mr Curtis,

Voted that the subject matter be referred to the Committee on Grounds. _

The following petitions for the appointment of persons to represent the several lots named were read, and it was voted that the persons therein severally nominated, be accordingly so appointed.
