Dear Sir,

Lot no. 3394 sold to you in the still stands on our books to be deeded, on account of a memorandum that you had requested that the making of the deed should be delayed. I have written you before, asking why the delay, but recd no reply.

I must request you now to reply definitely whether there is further occasion for waiting, as we must finish up our matters for the year.

If there is no good reason for delay I shall make the deed to you.--

Yours Resp.y

Dear Madam

The Trustees after duly considering the matter of raising the grade of lot 4410 have decided that they do not think it advisable to make the proposed change.

Levi Bush Esq

Dear Sir

Any plan for the enlargement of a Tomb must be approved by the Trustees. They would probably require the construction of catacombs as is done in all cases of Tombs built now.

You can, of course, submit such a plan as you deem proper, to them for their consideration.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt per Childs
