Dear Sir
We think it would require an expenditure of about $25.00 to put the sod on your lot (#1933) in perfect order next spring. This would include top dressing this fall & grass seed in the spring with whatever else might be necessary.
Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.
