Amos Tenney Esq New York City

Dear Sir, Upon Mr Merriam's request of me of a blank form for transfer of your lot, I happened to discover that you had never taken the original deed in possesion of the Treasr and I told him I would get it of the Treasr.

The Treasr however wishes your written order for its delivery, or the surrender of the certificate, if you can find it: and I agreed to be responsible for the return of the proper voucher from you, if he would deliver it in advance. Please therefore sign the paper which he has drawn and return to Mr. Merriam or myself. If you should find the certificate which he issued to you, en-- close that also.

Yours respy

A.J. Coolidge, Sec

Geo Wm Bond Esq. Treasr &c—

That a grant of $50 fifty dollars be made in addition to the Gatekeeper's salary for the present year."—

"That the fees for making and recording deeds and transfers be two dollars each instead of one dollar hereafter changed."—

Truly yours
