No order has been rec^d for the same, nor have the facts required been returned. You will please see that the order properly filled & signed is sent to me, as soon as possible. -

Enclosed I send you ready for execution the deed of the part of your lot which you propose to convey to Mrs. Parker.

I also enclose a card of admission for her.-

Whenever you are ready, I will take your acknowlegment. - any hour after 12 o'clock.

The deed to yourself has been sent to the Treas^r Mr Bond, 167 Congress St. for delivery, as he wishes each proprietor to receipt for the deed upon his certificate book.-
