Capt. Winsor

Dear Sir,

1 Unless you happen to have the means of telling me at hand, will you be so kind as to let Fred. see if the^the line dividing two tombs built on lot 125, Hemlock Path - Mr Darlings, divides then lot in two halves: if not, tell me how much is in one & how much in the other since you reported addition of 40 feet your diagram shows it thus: -

[Diagram: Measurements of lot]

Darling wishes to convey one tomb, & the question is whether it is half of lot, more or less.

2 If you can get at it, please report on C.P. Curtis' lot - or upon both 389 right.

3 I forget whether you took [man. lot?] Sat. to report addition to Brown & Davis Fountain Av - 3482-3. Mr B has [?] lot on Clematis P.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge

C.P. Curtis Esq

Dear Sir,

The Superintendent has examined the lots of your father & uncle (J.B.C) and I think the President happened to be with him. He^(Supt.) though it would be useless to make a written report with the lots should be put in order.

He says both want new grading and sodding, and the monument on your lot is somewhat cracked, although it may not give out for twenty or thirty years.

I suppose nothing can be done till spring, when you can examine and determine what course to pursue.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge
