Dear Sir:By iinstructions of the House of Delegates of the City of Seattle, I herewith return your petition for issuance of a duplicate warrant on the Fire Fund to George T Wilson, to furnish porper affidavit that the said Fire Fund warrant no 982 has been lost or stolen and to furnish a proper indemnity bond for double the amount of the mising warrant.
