Seattle, Wash., July 9th, 1894 To the Honorable Council of the City of Seattle, Gentlemen:In the matter of the petition for issuance of duplicate Warrant on the Fire Fund, to George D Wilson, I herewith submit Indemnity Bond, and Affidavit substantiatin staements made as to the original warrant having been stolen. In this matter I have followed the directions given by the House of Delegates, as shown by the accompanying letter from the City Clerk. I trust that you will find these papers in proper for and that you will authorize the issuance of a duplicate Warrant, a hereto fore petitioned for.
