Indian Ridge Path, (and in favor it,) was referred to Messrs Bangs and Little, with instructions to examine and report what ought to be done on the subject.

H.M. Hayes' Legacy.

A letter from P.V. Watts Ex'or with a copy of a clause from the will of the late Hercules M. Hayes of New York giving one thousand dollars to this Corporation on certain trusts was referred to C.P. Curtis Esquire.

Lot 1714. Representative of.

Voted. That in accordance with the application of Isaac W. How on behalf of the heirs of the late Eliza P. How, deceased, proprietor of lot no. 1714 on Snow drop path. Hall J. How be designated to for the time being to represent - said lot and vote at the meetings of this Corporation, receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity until the further action of this board.
