It is our judgement that the best interests of the City will be subserved by suspending further action and leave the question to be settled by the Courts We would recomend that a Joint Committee of six, three from the Board of Aldermen and three from the House of Delegates be appointed to confer with the Columbia and Puget Sound Rail Road Company and make such recomendations as will be satisfactory, both to the Rail Road Company and the City. Whereby the Rail R. Co will surrender any aledged rights they may now claim and that they will move their track out on Rail Road Ave.
