Trustees. . .

The regular monthly Meeting of the Trustees was held on Wednesday, , at half past Three o'clock, P.M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Bigelow, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate, Lawrence, Little, Livermore, Perkins, Snow and Turner; full Board.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Palm Avenue laid out & established

A verbal Report was received from the Committee on Grounds, relative to the laying out and establishment of a new Avenue between Myrtle and Lavender Paths in accordance with a plan submitted by the Superintendent, and recommending that said Avenue be laid out and established under the name of Palm Avenue.

Voted, – that the Report be accepted, and the recommendations thereof adopted.

Wistaria Path – name adopted.

A verbal Report was received from the same Committee recomending that the new Path laid out and established by vote of this Board, adopted , leading from Fountain Avenue Easterly, and communicating with the rear of Lots on W. side of Lime Avenue be known as Wistaria Path

Voted, – that the Report be accepted, and the recommendations thereof adopted.

Wm F. Homer Comn from, etc., referred to Com. on Lots

A communication from Mr Wm F. Homer in reference to his rights connected with Lot No 1291 Ailanthus Path, under date of , accompanied with an explanatory letter from the Superintendent, dated , and numerous collateral documents having been laid
