443 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Mar 7/84 Ordered that the Clerk be & is hereby instructed re-deliver said Roll to the City Treasurer & annex thereto the proper warrant as provided by law Ordered that the Contract for the construction of the Cistern corner Battery & 3rd Streets be & is hereby awarded to Quigley & Rosburg on their bid & on giving a satisfactory bond in the sum of $500.00 Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned until Wednesday March 12. 1884 at 7 &1/2 o'clock P.M. Granted & Fire Committee instructed to confer with the Attorney & Submit an Ordinance Reports Rec'd From the Fire Warden recommending an Ordiance to prevent stove pipes in roofs. Adopted & Attorney instructed to submit the proper Ordinance.
