quest to another lot no. 1697. by a codicil. She had applied to the Secretary to have the sum reduced to $1000, and made an appointment to alter her will on a certain day in September last, on which day she died of apoplexy. The subject was referred to Mr Curtis and the Secretary.

Stated meetings _ of the Trustees.

That hereafter a stated meeting of this ^Board be holden at this place, at 12 o'clock M. on the first Tuesday of every month.

Lot 983. Representative of.

That in accordance with the application of George E. Silsby, of Bradford, the only son of the late Enoch Silsby, proprietor of lot no. 983. in the Cemetery Mrs Emma S. Proctor of Roxbury, the only daughter resident near Mount Auburn, be designated for the time being to represent said lot, and vote at the meetings of the Corporation, receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity, until the further action of this board.

Lot. 651. Representative of.

Voted. That in accordance with the application of the children and heirs of the late William Faxon, proprietor of lot no 651, in the Cemetery, Mrs. Charlotte N. Caldwell, wife of William Caldwell, and the oldest daughter of said Faxon, be desig nated for the time being to represent said lot, and vote at the meetings of the Corporation, receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity, until the further action of this board.
