sent said Lot, and vote in the meetings of the Corporation, receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity, until the farther order of this board.
Voted. That the Treasurer be authorized requested to purchase the lot with a tomb privilege, now owned by E. L. Penniman for a sum not exceeding $128.
Adjourned, to meet at the Secretarys office on February 4th at 3 1/2 o'clock. P.M.

Trustees.
Pursuant to adjournment The Trustees met at the office of the Secretary. Present Messrs Bigelow Crockett, Dixwell, Gould, Gray, and Parker. The Treasurer submitted his annual report, which was approved and ordered to be laid, before the Proprietors meeting.
J. C. Gray declines as Trustee. Thanks presented to him
Mr Gray expressed his desire to be excused from any longer service as a member of the board and declined a reëlection thereupon Voted. - That the thanks of the Corporation be presented to the Hon John C. Gray for his various services hitherto rendered to the Trustees by way of advice and otherwise. Adjourned

Mount Auburn Cemetery
The annual meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held at the office of the subscriber in Boston at no. 46 Washington St. on to choose Trustees for the ensuing year, to her the report of the Treasurer, and to act on any other business which may legally come before the said meeting Henry M. Parker, Secretary.
