On motion the Street Committee is given further time to report on the Terrace Street sidewalk On motionH L Yesler is granted permission to put a sewer in the alley in Block 9 of Maynard's plat to connect with Washington Street sewer. Ordinances An ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled "An ordinance to license the business of selling fruit trees" which after discussion is on motion referred back to the City Attorney. Councilmen Keenen Post & Young voting no An Ordinance is submitted by the Clerk entitled "A special ordinance appropriating money to pay audited bills" which upon due consideration is passed by the following vote viz: In favor of the same R H Calligan, J Furth, Geo W Hall, W A Harrington, John Keenen, T W Lake, Chas McDonald, J J Post and Geo W Young. Ordered that Geo W Crane be reduced $200 on personal property account Chattel mortgage Ordered that Lawrence S Booth be reduced on personal property $8190 account mortgages cancelled.
