159 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Oct. 23/82 Ordered that Frank Peters be allowed to withdraw his application for a retail liquor license and re-file the same. And now Frank Peters files his application for a retail liquor license. Referred to the Committe on Licenses and Revenue. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned. H G Stuve Mayor Oct. 26/82 Be it remembered that on this the 26th day of October 1882 the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to the call of His Honor the Mayor. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: Communications Received From His Honor the Mayor submitting a protest by W. E. Borne Architect against the manner of the construction of the new City Engine House by E. W. Rea Contractor. Report Received From City Surveyor submitting plans and specifications and estimates for a sidewalk on Union Street as required by Ordinance No. 324. Thereupon after examinaton the same
