To the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle, Wash Gentlemen:The undersigned your petitioners respectfully represent that they are propety owners and business men occupying the storebuildings fronting on Front and Second Streets, between Columbia and Marion Streets in said City of Seattle That the alley running north and south through Block 8 in A A Denny's Addition to Seattle is impassible That siad store buildings have been constructed with reference to the grade of said alley and with entrances from the rear. That the near entrances to said store buildings are rendered practialy useless by reason of the condition of said alley Wherefore your petitioners pray that siad alley may be graded and otherwise improved as provided by law.
