11-19-94 By order of the board of Public Works referred to the Honorable city Council with favorable recommendation George F Meacham secretary

...being on Fifth Street between Albert and Howard Streets, that he desires to connect the said dwellings with the City water system. He therefore prays that a water main be laid insaid Fifth Street in Front of said dwellings.
