Committee Report Mr. President: Your Committee on Judiciary to whom was referred The Petition H Burnett for three arc lights on Marion Street beg leave to respectfullly submit the following report: We your committee have had the same under consideration and recommend the Petition be granted- and recommend the passage of the following ordinance all of which is most respectfully submitted
