Seattle Washington Nov. 1/90 To the Honorable Members of the City Council Gentlemen We the undersigned citizens on Lake view at Baker St And other streets along the route from Jackson St to Taylor's mill on the bank of Lake Washington being subjected to great inconvenience on account of having no lights over said route at night petition your honorable body to have lights placed on Lake view St from Jackson St to [Weller?] and thence down Weller and along the route to Taylor Mill.
