Dear Sir

I have examined your lot #1071 and find it is badly in need of repair. The fence can be painted, lot sodded and stone cleaned at a cost of $55. I would advise you to remove the fence. This can be done, 4 corner posts cut over, the number of lot cut and lot resodded for $30 and old material of fence.
