Dear Sir
I have examined your lot #3986. I find that it needs grading and sodding badly. The cost would be $35. The granite is also very much out of place to reset and relead that and secure it with clamps as it ought to be would cost $25.
The gardener thinks a cut leaved maple or double flowering horse chestnut tree would be suitable, the maple being best as the chestnut will stain the stone near it. Either of them about 12 ft high will cost you $8, we to replace it if it fails to grow.
Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
