Dear Sir

Our Treasurer has handed me your letter requesting a report as to the condition of your lot #1588. I find it in very poor condition. The fence needs to be painted and repaired and to make a sufficient job would cost $18 - I would advise you to remove the fence cutting over and leaving 4 corner posts filling up and sodding the other post holes. That can be done for the proceeds of the old material.

The lot also needs to be graded and sodded and stone cleaned that would cost $40.
