Fountain Av. est^d cost of completing bank upon.

A communication from the Superintendent dated October 28, 1874, and addressed to the President, giving the estimated cost of completing the bank on Fountain Avenue from the East side of Lot #580 to Lot #2919, was submitted by him as chairman of the Committee on Lots as and for a report from that Committee; and it was

Voted, – that the same be accepted and placed on file.

In the absence of the chairman of the Com. on Lots the following communication was submitted by M^r Perkins in behalf of said Committee; viz;

Relocation of Lots numbered 4240 & 111

"Lot #4240 has been posted to include but 277 feet, instead of 300 feet as paid for. In correcting the lines a change from those given on the deed is asked for, to which the Superintendent sees no objection.

"The Committee therefore request that the Secretary be authorized to receive a deed from the proprietor thereof for the purpose of issuing to him a new deed as re-located, under direction of the Committee on Lots."

"Lot #111 at the junction of Central and Beech Avenues projects one corner nearer to the Avenue than the other. The proprietor desires to re-locate it by swinging the whole Lot, pivoted on the other front corner to the extent of about one foot back. The committee ask like authority for the Secretary, subject to their approval." And it was

Voted, – that the Secretary be authorized to accept
