A statement of the sales of land effected by the Superintendent to , so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted & placed on file.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot No 3617, Angelica Path, lately owned by Nathan R. Hill, deceased, for the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars, ($450.–), it was

Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz: –

963 Elizabeth B. Codman (Mrs Benjamin S.) of Boston, daughter of John G. Loring, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Nine hundred & sixty-three.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Pickering, Snow and Spelman.

Retirement from office of President by Mr J. T. Bradlee

The President after referring to this intention to retire from that office, as announced to the Board on two former occasions, and his having at their solicitation consented on the to remain in office for a few months longer in order to afford the Trustees time to perfect their arrangements, – then proceeded proceeded to tender his immediate and unconditional resignation.
