Lots under p.c. by corpn with G. ins. of structures thereon, referred to next meet'g.

The subject of the guaranty contracts for the perpetual care of Lots, with especial reference to the insurance of the structures thereon, having been brought up for consideration it was, after discussion,

Voted, – that the further consideration of this subject be postponed to the next meeting of the Board.

On motion of Mr Snow, it was

Voted, – that when this meeting adjourns it adjourn to meet at three P.M. .

Sign-Board at Entrance of Cem'y. Prest authorized to remove. Also to purchase vehicle for Supt.

Voted, – that the President be authorized to cause the removal of the sign-board standing in the Cemetery, near the gate-way, on which are painted the 'Regulations for visitors,' &c. Also that he be authorized to purchase for the use of the Superintendent a new vehicle to replace one new used by him which is considered unfit for use and unsafe.

Monthly statement of sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A statement of the sales of land effected by the Superintendent, , to , so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

five hundred dollars; and of Lot No 3695 on Hazel Dell Path, lately owned by *Mehitable P. Gay, (Mrs Timothy), deceased, for the sum of nine hundred & twenty-five dollars; it was

Voted, – that the above contracts be concurred in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz;

2271 George J. Chandler of Boston, son of Nathan B. Chandler deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-two hundred & seventy-one.

2859 Sarah W. Frost ^(Mrs Wm R.) of Wellesley, daughter of Daniel E. Pratt deceassed proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-eight hundred & fifty-nine.

3664 Sarah M. Stimpson of Boston, Widow of Frederick H. Stimpson deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty-six hundred & sixty-four.

No other business being presented it was
