Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –
364 George D. Oxnard of Boston, son of Henry Oxnard, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred & sixty-four.
1372 Mary M. J. Blake, of Boston, widow of Edward Blake, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirteen hundred & seventy-two.
1864 Rudolphus F. Hahn of E. Boston, son of Jacob Hahn, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Eighteen hundred & sixty-four.
3252 Mary E. Welch of Boston, Widow of Thomas J. Welch, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty-two hundred & fifty-two.
4033 Charlotte L. Smith of Boston, widow of Joseph M. Smith, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four thousand & thirty-three.
Voted, – that this meeting be adjourned to Thursday, the at 4 P.M.

Dear Sir
I have lot No 4033 Mrs. J. M. Smith charged as follows. Care $4. Plants $4. Top Dressing 4 making a total of $1200. There was no woodbine planted. I may by mistake have charged her with woodbine as the next lot in the Annual Care Book No 4034 Albert C. Pond should be charged with 5 woodbines $2.50
Please notify me if the Hand Books agree with this & if they do not please make them
