Jonathan Mann – communication from referred to Special Com.

A communication from M^r Jonathan Mann, a proprietor, having been read to the Board by the President it was, after discussion, on motion of M^r Turner,

Voted, – that M^r Mann's communication be referred to a Special Committee, consisting of the Committee on Grounds and the Committee on Lots

Monthly Statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A statement of the sales of Lots effected by the Superintendent and approved by the Committee on Lots, October 10^t to November 13^t, 1872, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Upon the petition of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows; viz; –

147 E. Lamson Perkins of Boston, Son of Martha L. Perkins (M^rs John S.), deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One hundred and forty=seven.

389 Daniel S. Curtis of Boston, Son of Thomas B. Curtis, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred & eighty=nine.

1047 George W. Forristall of Boston, Son of Ezra Forristall, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One thousand and forty=seven.
