Division of Lot 511. (Moore & Danielson) Ref to Com. on Lots
The Committee on Lots further presented the petition of Messrs. Henry Moore and Gustaf Danielson for the division of Lot No 511 on Willow Avenue (W. br.), whereupon it was
Voted, – that the same be referred to the Committee on Lots to consider and report.
Certified copies of deeds destroyed; subject referred to special com.
A request having been received from a proprietor ^Mr Joel Richards that the corporation would furnish a certified copy, from the records, of the deed of his Lot, the same having been destroyed in the fire of , it was
Voted, – that the subject of the supply of certified copies from the official records, of instruments alleged to be lost or destroyed be referred to a special Committee, consisting of the Committee on Lots and Mr Choate –
Drinking Fountain. Mrs Hubbell's offer to present declined with thanks &c.
A report was received from the Committee on Grounds stating that in view of the outlay for laying pipes, setting foundations, supplying water, etc., which the erection of the proposed Fountain would occasion, the Committee are not prepared, considering the financial condition of the corporation to recommend the acceptance of Mrs Hubbell's proposition at the present time.
Voted, – that the above report be accepted, and the Secretary instructed to communicate the same to Mrs Hubbell, coupled with the thanks of the Trustees for her generous proposition,
Quarterly statements of Treasurer approved.
A report was received from the Committee on Finance approving as correct the statements of the Treasurer for the quarter ending, referred to them at the last meeting.
Voted, – that the above report be accepted.

John K. Stickney's Lots. Conveyance of to Corpn ordered & new deed to be issued of the two under one number
Reports were received from the Committee on Lots as follows, viz: –
(a) In reference to the petition of Mr John K. Stickney for leave to consolidate under one number the two contiguous lots owned by him on Snowdrop Path, and numbered respectively 3220 and 3221: – recommending "that the Secretary be " authorized to accept a re-conveyance of both the lots within " named, for the purpose of issuing to Mr Stickney a new deed " as one lot numbered 3220." [See p.174.]
Moore & Danielson Lot (#511.) Leave to withdraw granted on the Petn for division
(b) In reference to the petition of Messrs G. Danielson and Henry Moore for a division of Lot 511 on Willow Av. claimed to be owned by them in common; – stating " that the Committee are unable to discover in this appli"cation any reasons for a departure from the settled " policy of the Board on this subject; and do not therefore " recommend that the request be granted"
Voted, – that the above Reports be accepted.
Charges for Ann. Care of Lots. Com. on Lots granted more time for consideration of.
The Committee having requested that more time might be granted them for the consideration of the subject of the prices charged for the annual care of lots, it was
Voted, – that the above request be acceded to.
The Annual Report of the Superintendent having been presented and read by the President, it was
