The items of bill on lot #730 are for grading

and sodding the lot $35.00
Cutting the number 3.00
2 additional posts set 8.00
[total] $46.00
The estimate of $5 for setting posts was made in answer to your letter of May 5 which states that the posts were to be furnished by you, and the present charge of $8 is for the posts and the setting according to the arrangement made with one foreman.

I have given you credit on our books for $15.00 the value of the four posts not furnished, the setting of them & the cost of cutting number.

You are charged for setting
the four posts sent by you 5.25
for foundation 4.00
plants (one clover) 1.50
leaving a balance of $4.25 which will be paid you at my office on presentation of this note, or can be left to your credit against any other work you want on the lot.
