A statement of sales of Lots effected by the Superintendent and approved by the Committee on Lots, to , was submitted by the Secretary in compliance with the By=Laws; and it was

Voted, – that the said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Quarterly Statements of Treasr referred to Com. on Finance.

The Secretary also submitted the Reports of the Treasurer for the quarter ending ; whereupon it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's statements be referred to the Committee on Finance to consider and report.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designeated for Lots as follows; viz;

1222 Caroline M. Twombly of Boston, widow of Alex H. Twombly, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twelve hundred and twenty=two.

2137 James H. Blake of Boston, Son of James Henry Blake, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty=one hundred & thirty=seven.

2147 Charles C. Jackson of Boston ^40 State St, Son of Charles Jackson, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty=one hundred & forty=seven.

3812 William H. Brewer of Winchester, Son=in=law of Josiah F. Conant, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=eight hundred & twelve.

4145 Catherine M. Barrell, (Mrs Saml B.), of Boston ^23 Chestnut St for heirs of & Artemas Ward, who are the purchases of Lot numbered Forty=one hundred and forty=five.

4146 A. Ward Lamson of Dedham for heirs of *Alvan Lamson, who are the purchasers of Lot numbered Forty=one hundred & forty=six.

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved
