Dear Madam

I understand that you desire to have the Lot 2876 Graded & Sodded The fence painted and 2 rosebushes put out but as yet have received no order for the work.

As the Corporation has heretofor always done the work on the lot I presume some mistake has been made as to persons. We will do all the above work and take care of the lot for 1876 for $40.⁰⁰

I shall be very glad to receive an order and will have it executed immediately.
