Lot 942 needs grading & sodding badly.

To put lot in best of order with a flower bed in center of lot will cost not over $43.50. Plants we will furnish @ $2.⁰⁰ per dozen.

The sodding should be done as soon as may be convenient for you to order - We will take care of the lot for this year; if we sod it, without charge, to you and hereafter the price will be $4.00 per an. for care and flowers by the dozen as you may order @ $2.oo
