Dear Madam

As I stated to you yesterday the Trustees are averse to the erection of Iron Fences, yet under the circumstances, you are at liberty to enclose lot 3868 with such a fence as you proposed. You will of course obtain from the Secretary of the Corp.ⁿ 16 Pem^e Sq. B. the necessary permit for whoever set the fence for you.
