Dear Madam
Your favor of arrived this a.m., and the box of flowers came to hand yesterday. There is no lot in the name of Dr. W.C. Chandler. The lot I suppose the flowers are to go on is 1572 Cypress Ave standing in the name of Fanny P. Chandler formerly of Natick Mass now of Benicia Cal.a. I will direct the Gardener to place them on the grave -- We have no order for the care of the lot, i.e. 'keeping it neat grass cut and &c' for 1876. If you wish anything done please sign enclosed order.

An order was given for 1875 on lot 1367 by J.M. Pinkerton Ex. but none for 1876.
Since last fall we have made a reduction for the care of lots as per enclosed card.
I also enclose order in blank for your signature if you wish the lot cared for in the future.
