full by his devoted brother. Mr Noe went home to his family, which bill please find enclosed. Mr. E. Roberts settled his bill himself.

Mr. Altison, who was not expected to live for five days, is now out of danger, but, will take some time before he can resume work again

Mr. Tobin who fell from the ladder is also doing very well.

These two are still at the Hospital and without means; I like to inform you of it.

I am confident that your Honor will remember the case of the shooting of M. O'Neil by a City officer on the night of May 26, 1883 __ the injured

man was brought to the Hospital by two Policemen, it is only just that bill of such patient should be paid.

Which bill has been pen-dant ever since, though presented, but for want of explanation has never been settled; if further informa tions are required, we are ready at any time to gave them.

Hoping that your honor will represent the case to the Honorable Council, I remain most respectfully yours.
