Upon the pettions of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows; viz;

34 Susan H. Olmsted of Cambridge, daughter of Mehitable Smith deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=four

171 Mary E. Whiton of Brooklyn, N. Y., widow of James M. Whiton deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One hundred and seventy one.

369 Charles Larkin of Milton, son=in=law of Benjamin Rich deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred and sixty nine.

432 Charles A. Kennedy of Boston, son of Olivia Kennedy, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four hundred and thirty two.

instrument of contract for the consideration of Fifteen hundred dollars, signed by George Gardner as Executor of the Will of James Read, instead of in three several instruments in the name of the several proprietors for $400.– $700.– and $400.– respectively as recommended by the Committee in their report of ; – it was

Voted, – that the above mentioned contracts, be severally concurred in on the part of this Board.
