Dear Madam: -
In regard to the sodding of the grave about which you called, I find that it was properly resodded at the time you made your last complaint. I have independent reports from Mr. McArthur and Mr. Moltman that the sod was in good order then and is so now.
Respectfully yours,
Sup't.
Dear Sir: -
I have looked into the matter of the work for which the enclosed bill was sent you, and think that from the nature of the work and the time needed the charge is a reasonable one.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.
