Perpet. Repair of Lot 1794.

The Committee on Lots reported. That they had contracted with the Trustees of Henry Smith for the perpetual care of Lot No 1794 for four hundred and fifty dollars, and said contract was ratified.

Treasurer's Quarterly statement _

The Treasurer submitted his quarterly statement, and the same was referred to the Finance Committee, with a request that said Committee should report on same at next meeting of the Board.

Treasrs Report to be approved by Comee of Finance before presentation _

Voted. That hereafter the report of the Treasurer be submitted to the Committee of Finance for approval, before it shall be presented to this Board.

Surveyor's bill _

A bill of $448.15 of J H Shedd, for surveying, was referred to Messrs Cheever and Lovejoy, to report thereon at the next meeting.
