Dear Sir

In regard to Lot #2272, Kendall proprietor, I find that it has never come to the knowledge of the gardener or myself, that any other persons than the corporation were doing or had any authority to do work on the lot.

There is no doubt that the work was actually done by the corporation, for which they charge.

Whether any work was actually done by other persons, I cannot say.
