From Same Committee rejecting petition of Peter Durase for permission to erect a boot black stand on Mill Street. Adopted. From Same Committee rejecting petition of R T & J H Rengstorff for permission repair and alter wooden buildings on Lot 5 BLock 6 A A Denny's Addition for the reason that to grant said petitions would be to virtually authorize the construction of new wooden buildings. Adppted. From Committee of Fire & Water rejecting petition of Mrs E Peiser for permission to build a wooden addition to Peisers Art Studio on Second Street and recommending that the building already erected be removed forthwith.
