Kelsey For Damages to Lot 9 Block 7 Syndicate Ad by covering one third of the same with earth and banking the earth against my house. $300.00. The above is a duplicate of a bill previously sent in through delegate R. W. Jones. Mr. Frank Hanford (delegate) informated me that he was of a committee appointed to examine the lot just North of mine belonging to Mr. Michael Kofsky who was allowed $300.00. The damage to my lot is the same as to that of Mr. M. I applied for no more than I thought was a moderate and reasonable amount which is far less than cribbing would cost. H. E. Kelsey.
