Mrs. Royal Southwick

Dear Madam

On the 13 day of January 1875 I received an order signed by Royal Southwick for "care, and plants" for lot #4340 with instructions that it be continued in force from year to year until countermanded. I, am notified by the Secretary, that this lot has been transferred to you and suppose you wish the care to continue as stated in, the, order and shall so act until advised by you to the contrary.
