Dear Sirs,
I hearby request of the City of Seattle a payment of three hundred dollars ($300.00) damages to lot nine (9) Block seven (7). Syndicate Addition from the covering of fully one third of it with earth in the grading of S. 14th St. The earth is banked high against the side of the house and access to it is rendered very difficult
