S.T. Snow Esq Chairman Comm. on Lots.
Dear Sir

---|---|---|---|
" 218 | Mandell | [numbered on] curb | #1668 |
" 2178 | Bennet | [numbered on curb] | 2179 |
2179 | [Bennet] | [numbered on curb] | 2178 |
*3428 | Thayer | [numbered on curb] | 3429 |
3429 | Hovey | [numbered on curb] | 3428 |

The numbers on these curb lots are "raised in panel"; the raised figures can be cut down, and the same figures sunk in the panel.
