instrument of contract for the consideration of Fifteen hundred dollars, signed by George Gardner as Executor of the Will of James Read, instead of in three several instruments in the name of the several proprietors for $400.– $700.– and $400.– respectively as recommended by the Committee in their report of April 12^t, 1871; – it was

Voted, – that the above mentioned contracts, be severally concurred in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representives were designated for Lots as follows:

439 Mrs. Mary P. Shaw of Dedham, Widow of Charles B. Shaw, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four hundred and thirty=nine.

496 Joseph Tuckerman of New York, ^^{Care Henry T. Tuckerman, 57 West Tenth St} Son=in=law of Henry H. Tuckerman, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four hundred and ninety=six.

On motion of the chairman of the Committee on Lots, and for reasons stated by him, – it was

Re-conveyance of Lots 1115, 1116, 1117 Sec'y authorized to accept.

Voted, – that the Secretary be authorized to accept from the proprietors of Lots N^os 1115, 1116 and 1117 on Ailanthus Path deeds of re-conveyance of said Lots to the corporation, as preliminary to such new grants from the corporation as may be necessary or expedient pursuant to the report of the Superintendent of January 19, 1872, approved by the Committee on Lots.

Intervening space. Sec'y authorized to pass deeds of Lots cont. to be sold without.

On motion of the same gentleman it was also

Voted, – that the Secretary be authorized to prepare and deliver deeds of certain Lots contracted to be sold without intervening space as shown on Superintendent report of November 13, 1873.

Goodwin, I., & S. C. Comⁿ from referred to Com. on Lots.

A communication from Messrs. I. & S. C. Goodwin, by W^m H. Goodwin, dated November 19, 1873, requesting certain repairs upon the curbing and steps of Lots N^os 3777 and 3778, having been submitted, it was

Voted, – that said communication be referred to the Committee on Lots.

No other business being presented it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
