for reelection as President upon the re-organization of the Board after the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots N^os 246 & 3102.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots has recommended the Trustees to guarantee the perpetual repair of Lot N^o 246 on Lily Path late of Otis Daniel deceased for the sum of seven hundred dollars; also of Lot N^o 3102 on Buckthorn Path, late of Charles S. Darrow, deceased, for the sum of six hundred and seventy-five dollars; – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in, on the part of this Board

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz;

246 Sarah F. Daniell, of Boston, daughter of Otis Daniell, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Two hundred & forty-six.

1984 Francis J. Quigley of Cambridge, son of Charles Quigley, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Nineteen hundred & eighty-four.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
