Lease for the life of the said Abigail of a certain Lot of land set off to her as her dower, bounded as follows. Beginning at a stake in the brook on or near the line between the towns of Watertown & Cambridge, thence running S^y along a covered drain about 17 rods, thence by said Brimmer S^y & E^y around said Lot about 50 rods to the private road thence N.W^y on land set off to Moses & Corn. Stone about 52 rods, to the first mentioned bounds.
