Mt Auburn

J.T. Bradlee Esq Prest

Dear Sir

I saw the Agent in regard to the insurance and the old policy has been extended to noon.

Your memo. was House $1000, Barn & shed $700, carts wagons $500, Hay $200 Horses $1200, total $3600. -

Agent says the company will not take but $1500 on any one barn & property in it, but if you will put $1000 more on house, he can take out a policy in another company & make up the amount on barn, all this at old rates.

Respectfully. J.W. Lovering Supt

Messes G.H. Mesely & Co.

Dr Sirs

I regret to be obliged to call your attention to the measurement of the manure; I cannot make the tickets agree with the amount delivered within 25% !! even when we measure the manure piled as high in the carts are your own teamsters state it was. and I can't quite see how the carts can hold as much, even when heaped up.

I wish you would have the matter looked up & made right before you deliver us any more for I am satisfied we are not getting what we should, if we pay for what the tickets call for.

I am ready to pay for every inch we get but I am not willing to pay for any more. Please give this attention as soon as you can and oblige

Yrs truly J.W. Lovering Supt
